Return window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. After this period we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
How to return
1. Contact us
Before sending anything back, email support@bracksley.com with your order number. We'll send step-by-step instructions.
2. Pack your item
The item must be unworn and in its original condition, with any tags attached.
3. Ship it back
Return shipping is arranged by the customer. We recommend a tracked service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different design, email support@bracksley.com and we'll guide you.
