The following terms apply to all orders placed through our online store bracksley.com. Our store is intended for consumers with a delivery address in the United States. By using the site and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. The seller & how a contract is formed

The sales contract is formed with Bracksley, 1 Rue Marguerin, 75014 Paris, France. The display of products in the store is not a legally binding offer. By clicking the order button you place a binding order for the items in your cart. We confirm receipt of your order by email immediately after it is submitted; this confirmation does not constitute acceptance, which occurs when we ship your order.

3. Language

The language available for the contract is English. We store the order data and send you your order details by email.

4. Prices

All prices shown on the website are in US dollars (USD) and are final prices. Shipping is free within the United States. Prices may change at any time, but the price displayed at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout via the methods shown (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). By placing an order you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount.

6. Shipping & returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy, which form part of these terms.

We make every effort to display our products and their colors accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display shows colors exactly. Minor variations are normal and are not a defect.
