Shipping policy

Free standard shipping on every order across the United States. No minimum.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment, Monday to Friday excluding US public holidays.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. Most orders arrive within this window; remote zip codes may take a little longer.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can follow your parcel from dispatch to your door.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, the District of Columbia, and US military addresses (APO, FPO). International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping cost

Shipping is complimentary on every order. No threshold, no hidden fee. Any duties or taxes, where applicable, are already included.

Delayed or missing orders

If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, or if the carrier marks the parcel delivered but you have not received it, contact us at support@bracksley.com with your order number. We will open a search with the carrier and keep you posted.

Address changes

If you spot an error in your shipping address, email us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched the address can no longer be modified.
